RONIC also offers speech and language evaluations for young children and adolescent populations for the purposes of diagnostic clarification, academic accommodations and for treatment planning purposes. These specialized evaluations are conducted by a Speech-Language Pathologist and will cost $600. Speech-Language Pathologists offer comprehensive assessment for a range of communication disorders, including: Articulation and phonological disorders; Language disorders (receptive and expressive); Fluency disorders (stuttering); and Social communication disorders.

Gretchen Scheurich, M.A., CCC-SLP, is a licensed and nationally board-certified speech-language pathologist in Arizona. With a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Northern Illinois University, Gretchen has dedicated her career to providing comprehensive speech and language assessments to young children. Her 25+ years of experience in a school-based setting, particularly with preschool-aged children, has equipped her with a deep understanding of early childhood development and intervention. Gretchen is skilled in conducting thorough evaluations to identify speech and language delays and disorders. She also has several years’ experience completing speech and language evaluations for disability offices in Arizona with claimants ages 2-17.
